Ιn the above photo is George Karaiskakis sword made from Damascus with silver sheath.It was a gift from the British admiral Thomas Cochrane, 10th Earl of Dundonald.

The swords are belong to the Greek rebels of 1821. One of them belongs to the famous rebel Bega. Begas join the guards of Messologi after the battle of Peta.
